He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Earl Sandy and Carol Joann Winkler; his wife Betty Lou Sandy; his daughters, Shannon Sinclair (Richard), Amy Kaiser (Andy) and Heather Watson (Scott); his grandchildren, Samantha Sinclair (Clark Steinbrook), Nicholas Sinclair, Jessica Watson (Billy Stone), Stephanie Sinclair, Jasmine Watson (Derrick Woolsey), Roybn Watson (Shawn Woolsey), Richard Sinclair IV, Xavier Kaiser and Payton Kaiser; his great grandchild Joseph Stone; and his sisters, Joyce Keeton (Jerry) and Carol Morales (Kenneth).
