James Eugene Crews Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2023, at the age of 81, James Eugene Crews of Collinsville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Crews and Martha Crews (Haley); his stepfather Vernon McClane; his wife Frances Crews; his brother David; his siblings-in-law, Janice Malone and William Kuenkler; and his nephew Jeffrey.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Blevins (Robert), Edward Crews (Dorothy) and James Jr. Crews (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Samantha, Rebecca, Jamie (Michael), Mike (Becky), Michele (Jay), Melanie (Joe), James and Katherine; his brother Dennis Crews; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Soehnlin (Bob), Margaret Kuenkler and Janet Crews. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
