He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Garrett; his son Kevin Shinn (Julie) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Amy Goldberg (Adam) of Studio City, CA, LeeAnn Husted (Chris) of O'Fallon, MO, Daniel Shinn (Kristen) of Glen Carbon, IL, Cory Ponder of O'Fallon, IL and Katie Farris of Collinsville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Simone, Landon, Caden, Layne and Evelyn Rose. He is also survived by his family, hugging his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
