We bid farewell to Hildegard Few of Collinsville, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 2, 2025 at the age of 94. Hildegard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franz Klosterhuber and Elizabeth Klosterhuber (Prechtl); her spouse Daryl B. Few; her sons, George Erwin Few and Daryl Lamar Few; and her sister Elsa Braunmeuller.
She is survived by: her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Vickey Few of Glen Carbon; her grandchildren, Travis, Amanda Few of Freeburg and Megan Few of Glen Carbon; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Logan, Raylynn and Ryker Few.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John United Church of Christ (2901 Nameoki Rd, Granite City, IL 62040).
