She was predeceased by: her parents, Jervis Rowe and Virginia Diane Rowe (Maxwell); and her sister Susan Evers. She is survived by: her brothers, David Rowe (Tammy) and Stephan Rowe (Jeana); and her nieces and nephews, Olivia Flerra (David), Alex Rowe, Kevin Evers and Emily Whitt (Josh). She is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
