She was predeceased by: her parents, Crus Ybarra and Adea Alanis; her spouse Damasio Vasques; her children, Lucille Vasques, Adela Vasques, Virginia Vasques, Dave Vasques, Ernie Vasques and Anthony Vasques; and her sisters, Linda, Lucia and Louisa.

She is survived by: her children, Anita Saucedo of Collinsville, IL, Emma Vasques of Sinton, TX, Lorraine Pindeo (Hector) of Washington Park, IL, Susie Alvarez (Juan) of Collinsville, IL, Mary Guadalupe Martinez of Beeville, TX, Jose Vasques (Roseann) of Madison, IL, Danny Vasques of Corpus Christie, TX, Jessie Vasques of Amarillo, TX and Steve Vasques of Collinsville, IL; and her siblings, Jessie Ybarra and Maria Ybarra. She is also survived by many grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
