He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Underwood and Marie Underwood; his brother Stephen Underwood; and his sister-in-law Peggy Aiple. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Underwood; his daughter Sarah Epstein (Scott); his grandchildren, Noah and Olivia; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Underwood, John Aiple, Bob and Michelle Bauer. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
