He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Boelling and Naomi Boelling (Jenkins); his wife Rosalee "June" Boelling (Reynolds); and his children, Rudi Barham and Lavonda Barham.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Boelling (Clifton Jones) of Troy, Kim Mueller (John) of Waterloo, Kent Boelling (Judy) of O'Fallon, John Philip Barham of Granite City, Nola Barham of Collinsville and Sharon Link (Bob) of Mark; and his grandchildren, Michael, David, Zachary, John, Matthew, Tracy and Julia. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; other extended family and friends.
