She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barnes and Estelle Barnes (Reeb); her husband John J. Jamruk; and her sister Peggy Shea. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Jamruk (Dave Thompson) of Belleville, Chris (Tami Jamruk), Brian (Kelly Jamruk) and Joseph "J. J." (Stacey Jamruk); her grandchildren, Katy (Michael Morthland), Hannah Jamruk, Gabrielle Jamruk, Ashleigh Jamruk, Lauren Jamruk, Joshua Jamruk, Megan Jamruk and Brody Jamruk (Ethan Thompson); her great grandchild Walter Morthland; her sister Dee Dee; her brother-in-law Michael Murray of Millstadt; her brother John "Jack"; and her sister-in-law Patricia Barnes of St. Louis Park, Minnesota. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews; cousins; other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Catholic Urban Program in East St. Louis, Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis or to Faith in Action in Collinsville and may be accepted at the funeral chapel.
