He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leonard and Dorothy Wortman; his wife Tammy Wortman; and his sister MaDonna Wortman. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Wortman of Collinsville, Katie Walsh (Dan) of Milwaukee, WI and Jacob Wortman of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Lola Wortman, Leo and Wesley Walsh; his siblings, William "Bill" Wortman (Judy), Charles Jenkins and Susan Triplett; and his pets, Duke and Charlie "Chuck". He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
