It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Guentzel of Collinsville, Illinois, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Niemaczek and Ruth Niemaczek (Hagne); and her siblings, Joseph F. Niemaczek, Steven Niemazcek and Carol Hannon.
She is survived by: her husband Dan Guentzel; her sisters, Sheila Nelson (Paul) of Dittmer, MO and Marry Ponder (Art) of Swansea, IL.; her grandchildren, Connor McElligott, Caelan McElligott, Ian McElligott, Rowan Chenoweth and Linnea Chenoweth; her stepgrandchildren, Alexander Robinson, Nathaniel Robinson and Arianna Robinson; and her great grandchild Damien Chavas. She is also survived by her family and friends.
