He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hefferly and Julia Hefferly; his wife Shirley Hefferly; and his sister Julianna Bode. He is survived by: his son Erik Hefferly (Tina) of St. Peters, MO; his grandchildren, Derik and Sydney; and his siblings, Robert Hefferly of Collinsville and Patricia Carpenter of Glen Carbon.
