It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores V. Henson of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Hanford, California, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens Peter and Minnie Hansen (Chase); her husband Albert H. Henson; her daughter Barbara Henson; her siblings, Hazel Nelson, Jo-Ann White and Harold Hansen; her nephew James Hoppes; and her nieces, Virginia Maguire and Irene Kohler.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy; her son-in-law Terry Thomas of Springfield, Illinois; and her nieces and nephews, Rudy, Bruce, Hal Jr., Teri, Barbara, Carole and Cheryl. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church ceiling fund or to a charity of one's choice and may be accepted at the funeral home.
