He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Folmer and Mae Folmer. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Folmer; his sons, David Folmer (Lara) of Franklin, TN and Jeffrey Folmer (Aimee) of Edwardsville, IL; his grandchildren, Justin, Claire, David Jeffrey, Jake and Blake; his sister-in-law Marilyn Koester Highley (Marty); his nephew Max Highley; and his pet Toby.
