He was predeceased by: his parents, James Watts and Mabel Watts; his sister Carol Steinberg; and his son James David Watts. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Watts; his daughter Jessica Jackson of Edwardsville, IL; his granddaughters, Grace Jackson, Gwen Jackson, Addison Jackson and Reece Jackson; and his siblings, Edward Watts (Sharon) of Smithton, IL and Esther Harper (Gaylon) of Washington, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
