He is survived by: his wife Bettye Durham; his sister Carolyn Roberts of Collinsville, IL; and his nieces and nephews, James O. Ross (Kathy), Linda F. Luna Smith (Jay), Brenda S. Roustio (Rich), Jane A. Farrar (Jeff), Scott Gallimore (Rita), Steve Gallimore, Natalie Manette (Taylor), Steve Spengler, John David Roberts and Tracey Velde (John).
