He is survived by: his children, Andrew Potter (Fallon) of Waterloo, IL and Olivia Jeanne Potter of Collinsville, IL; his sister Cheryl Belt (Tom); his nieces, Heather Wellen (Alex) and Alica Votaw (Shawn); his nephew Jason Winter (Krystal); and his great-niece Harper Votaw.
