We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2024, at the age of 81, Darel L. Casillas Sr. of Collinsville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Casillas and Mary Casillas. He is survived by: his wife Jan Casillas; his children, Darel Casillas, Jr. of Collinsville, IL and Jamie Richardson (Jerry) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica Casillas, Chayse Wyne (Will), Jalyn Richardson (Garrett Kneedler) and Carson Richardson; his siblings, Carole Edwards of Grafton, IL, Carl "Fred" Casillas of Shiloh, IL and Gus Casillas of Leipsic, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Pam Raymo (Steve), Phyllis Governale (Sal), Melanie Fahrner (Alvin Bretz), Charles White (Judy) and Justus Casillas.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barry Wilson Funeral Home & Cremation Services Ltd. (2800 N Center St, Maryville, IL 62062).
