She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Botkin Sr. and Zelma Botkin; and her brother Robert Botkin Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Smith; her daughters, Charity Smith of Collinsville and Andi Fairchild (Benjamin) of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Tristan, Cody and Faith; and her brother Donald Botkin (Petra) of Fairview Heights, IL..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herr Funeral Home & Cremation Services (501 W Main St, Collinsville, IL 62234).
