We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2022, at the age of 87, Billy J. Vann of Collinsville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Vann and Mae Ruth Vann; his son Craig Vann; and his brother Clarence Vann. He is survived by: his wife Von Vann; his children, Rhonda Schmidt (Ron) and Steven Vann; his daughter-in-law Sandy Mann; and his grandchildren, Kristi Rogers (Ricky), Josh Vann, Brett Vann, Christopher Schmidt (Lacey), Jeremy Schmidt and Garrett Schmidt (Alisia). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
