He was predeceased by: his brother James Robert Herndon; and his grandparents, Howard and Dorothy Cooper. He is survived by: his daughter Patience Jo Herndon; his parents, James and Lori; his sister Melissa Bradshaw (Kenny); and his grandparents, Don and JoAnn Rokita. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
