He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar N. Cooper and Eula Cooper (Arnhart); and his brother Dennis Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Ostendorf (Anthony) of Collinsville, Cindy Vinson of Edwardsville, Illinois and Michael Cooper Causey of Granite City, Illinois; his grandchildren, Shane, Sarah, Trenadi and Michael; and his brothers, Larry Cooper, Rick Cooper, Ronald Cooper and Kenny Cooper. He is also survived by family members and friends.
