Francis of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Jena, Louisiana, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen; his brothers, Robert Gerald Francis and Garlan Dale Francis; and his parents, Woodrow (Velma) and Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Francis of Collinsville, IL and David Francis of Collinsville, IL; and his siblings, Kenneth Francis (Joan) of Wappapello, MO and Kathy Pettit (Gary) of Columbia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
