He was predeceased by: his father Larry K. Hereford; his daughter Bobbi Hereford; and his siblings, Kent Hereford and Julie VanNote. He is survived by: his mother Carol Lee Bradford Hereford; his wife Tammy Wells; his son Christopher Hereford of LeRoy; his granddaughter Ryle Fasching of Le Roy; and his brothers, Brian Hereford (Cathy) of Colfax and Kurt Hereford of Colfax.
