He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Cavinder (Jean) of Tulsa, OK and Barbara Cavinder (Blaze) of Tuscola; his sons, Mike (Sarah), John (Kristen), Tim (Heather) and Bryan Cavinder; his stepson Brian Boundy; his grandchildren, Tayler, Wyatt, Zachary, Abrielle, Ryan, Aiden, Dylan and Britany; his stepgrandson Nicolas Boundy; his siblings, Karen Burnison (David), Karol Miller (Phil), Jane Dallas (Jack) and Rod Cavinder (Frances); and his brother-in-law Mike Rainwater.
