She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lowell Jacobs and Gladys Jacobs; her siblings, Robert Jacobs and Joyce Jacobs; her husband Harley Forbes; her children, Debra Gamble (late Ray) of Kansas City, MO, Pamela Stone Krominga (Alvin) of Fairbury, Amy Larson (Eric) of Carlock and Scott Forbes (Linda) of Bloomington; and her grandchildren, Jason Woodrey (Amy), Janice Cabuyaban (Eddy), Jared Woodrey (Alessa), Danielle Cail (Martell), Dustin Larson, Melissa McClain, Natalie Clarenson (Logan), Travis Dupin (Tiara), Trevor Forbes and June.
