He is survived by: his sons, Scott Givens (Pam) of Saybrook and Tim Givens (Dawn) of Colfax; his grandchildren, Travis Givens (Ivette Hernandez), Michael Givens (Rebecca), Taylor Givens (Marco Perez), Amanda Taylor (Matt Metz) and Justin Givens; his great grandchildren, Maxine Perez, Paisley Metz and Ashton Givens; and his sister Eulah Mae Benway of Pontiac.
