She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold and Juanita (Le); and her siblings, Jerry Welch and Sherry Nye. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Haines; her daughters, Cindy Haines, Becky Pumo (Jim), Kim Velasquez (Mike) and Jennifer Haines; her grandchildren, Wendy Royer, Jeremy Royer, Chris Pumo (Breann), Anna Pumo, Scott Pumo and Miranda Velasquez; her great grandchildren, Jordan Ogle, Jairon Royer, Jairic Royer and Lincoln Pumo; and her sisters, Pat Byers, Judy Allison (Gerald), Peggy Mustain and Vicki Crum (Rick).
