He was predeceased by: his mother Betty L. Rexroat (Foster); his brother Tom Rexroat; his grandparents, Roy, Ruth Rexroat and Anna Stevens; his uncle Harry Foster; and his brother-in-law Stanley Rigg.
He is survived by: his father Louis J. Rexroat of Macomb, IL; his sister Martha Rigg of Macomb, IL; his nephew Daniel L. Rigg (Kylie) of Quincy, IL; his niece Debra Sue Fry (Carl) of Bushnell, IL; his aunt Liliane Foster of Maryland; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mitchell, Matthew, Molly, Mackenzie, Morgan Rigg and Melody Fry.
