Richard Miller Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Miller of Colchester, Illinois, born in Avon, Illinois, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Miller and Opal O. Ostrander Miller; his wife Carolyn Miller; and his brother Raymond Ostrander. He is survived by: his children, Amber Nicole Miller of Plymouth and William "Will" Miller of Colchester; his grandson Jared Hale of Beardstown; his sister Diana Mason (Jim) of El Dorado, Arkansas; his siblings-in-law, May Ostrander of Petersburg and Al Black (Vicki) of Colchester; and his nephew Danny Ostrander of Macomb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
