She is survived by: her husband Bernard Smith; her sons, Steve Smith (Julieann) and Ernie Smith; her grandchildren, Racheal Smith, Sabrina Smith and Billy Karger; her siblings, Jerry (Mendota), Larry (Mendota), Marion (Oquawka) and Doris Bates (Richard); and her niece Pat Danner.
