Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Caroline Humke of Colchester, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 93, on February 10, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertie Louis and Lura Eva Sweasy Yard; her husband Paul A. Humke; her son David Humke; and her brother Eldon Yard.
She is survived by: her son Albert Humke (Cathy) of Cedar Falls, IA.; her daughter-in-law Diane Humke of Quincy, IL.; her daughters, Carol Funk (Bob) of Auburn, IL. and Dorothy Franklin (Christian); her grandchildren, Daniel Humke (Kristin), Sarah Humke, Laura Humke, Matthew Humke (Amanda), Luke Humke (Kalinda), Kim Rich (Scott), Jennifer Gibbs (Kevin), Hannah Fishburn (Jason), Elise Bradley (Justin), Milea Webb (Ken), Nathaniel Franklin (Hannah) and Micah Franklin; and her sister Dorothy Riebling. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery.
