She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee Holtzclaw and Mary Mae Holtzclaw (Smith); her stepdaughter Tammy Ferguson; and her siblings, Dearrel Holtzclaw, Doyle Holtzclaw, Jerry Holtzclaw and Betty Stahl.
She is survived by: her former husband Carl Donaldson; her husband John Page; her children, Troy Donaldson (Vicki) of Hillsboro, IL, Kim Arkebauer (Jeff) of Witt, IL and Christine Ernst (Paul) of Litchfield, IL; her stepchildren, Dwayne Page of Waverly, MO, Johnny Dale Page of Warrensburg, MO and Rhonda Smith of Salisbury, MO.; her grandchildren, Britny Donaldson, Devan Arkebauer, Morgan Schmedeke, Brooke Ernst and Carlee Ernst; and her great grandchildren, Beckett, Beau, Brayden and Charleigh.
