He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Russell and Verda Russell (Keller); his sisters, Mary, Cornelia Joy, Virginia Rose and Afton; his sons, Donald and Dannie Ray; his wives, Ruth and Helen Bishop; and his granddaughters, Roxanne and Josette.

He is survived by: his children, William, Steve and Diane. He is also survived by his loving family members, and the many friends.
