He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin Middleton (Jacquelou) of Cobden and Jane Brown (Smith) of Anna; his birth mother Valerie Harris of Cobden; his grandmothers, Geraldine Smith of Anna, Betty Eagle of Anna and Angie Middleton of Cobden; and his siblings, Alison Brown of Anna, Ashley Juhl (Rustin) of DuQuoin, Trevor Middleton of Anna and Josh Murray of Anna. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
