It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Wayne Pender of Cobden, Illinois, born in Alto Pass, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Pender and Helen Pender (Rhodes); his brothers, Gib Pender, Mike Pind and John Pender; his stepbrother Jim Pind; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Fox, Corky Barlow, Sharon Witthoft and Louella Pender.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Pender of Cobden; his son Karry Pender (Sondra) of Jonesboro; his grandsons, Justin Pender (Lindsey) of Wolf Lake and Christopher Pender of Jonesboro; his great grandchildren, Cole, Shelby and Jaydra; his siblings, Fred Pender (Maxine) of Jonesboro, Don Pind (Sarah) of Anna, Clarence Pind (Becky) of Florida, Mildred Fox of Jonesboro and Barbara Barlow of Anna; his stepsister Cuba Payne of Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Pind of Jonesboro and Linda Park of Cobden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
