He was predeceased by: his parents, Coastal Lincoln and Lucile Marie Follis (Morneweg); and his granddaughters, Baylee and Sibyl Rendleman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Follis of Ware; his daughters, Cara Follis of Jonesboro and Amy Rendleman (Stuart) of Anna; his grandchildren, Matthew Follis (Ashley) of Jonesboro, Grace Rich (Logan) of Jonesboro and Keri Rendleman (Jayden Moore) of Anna; his great grandchildren, Mallory and Adalyn Follis; his brother Dale Follis (Joan) of Marion; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Keller of Anna. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ware United Methodist Church.
