It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susy A. Birditt of Coal Valley, Illinois, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on May 29, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Hogan and Antonella "Toni" Hogan (DiCristofari). She is survived by: her husband Charles "Tadd" Birditt; her daughters, Arica Wright, Toni Birditt and Phyllis "Pinky" Birditt; her grandchildren, Jalen Carter Birditt and Elise Briscoe; her sisters, Tina Hogan and Mica Johnson; her niece Lory Kerner; and her nephew Jeremy Johnson. She is also survived by great nieces nephews, cousins and lifelong best friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Susy's name may be directed to the family for an educational fund to be established at a later date.
