She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Kenneth and Verneil Louise Knowles (Hamann); her husband Dale A. Blackman; her daughter Kelly Jo Oliver; her granddaughter Abby Jade Oliver; and her sisters, Dian Duncan (Larry) and June Matzen.
She is survived by: her son Drew; her daughter-in-law Linda Blackman of Coal Valley; her daughter Jenifer "J. J."; her son-in-law Steve Anderson of Coal Valley; her grandchildren, Spencer Blackman (Claudia), Syd Blackman, Sawyer Blackman (Judy Borah), Tony Oliver, Morgan Anderson (Colton Franck) and Max Anderson; her sisters, Marvel VanVooren (Ron) of Geneseo and Florien Matzen (Darrell) of Orion; her great grandchildren, Autumn Blackman, Caiden Propst, Silas, Rylan, Levi and Lacey Blackman; and her brother-in-law Ron Matzen of Orion. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trimble Funeral Home & Crematory - Coal Valley (1700 1st St, Coal Valley, IL 61240). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Coal Valley Cemetery (Coal Valley, IL 61240).
