He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John A. Bell and Bernice Bell (Beyer); his wife Donna Chumbley; his sons, Josh Chumbley (Ashley), Kenny Chumbley (Sara) and Kevin Chumbley (Jenna); his grandchildren, Austin, Andrew, Alex, Delaney, Kayden and Nolan; his brothers, Gary Bell (Catherine) and Jeff Bell (Dorothy) of Mesa, AZ; and his parents-in-law, Karen Ott and Brian Ott. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
