Jeanie M. Gengler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanie M. Gengler of Coal Valley, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lamberson and Lula Lamberson (James); her children, Matthew, Thomas and Madonna Stegemann; and her brother Bob.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel E. Gengler of Mary's Catholic Church; her children, Shemain Myers (Trae), Vonna Neal (Gregory) and Leah Crouch (Ed) of Indianapolis, IN; and her siblings, Betty (Bob), Martha "Marti" (Margaret) and Wally. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many wonderful great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (220 E 22nd Ave, Coal Valley, IL 61240).
