He was predeceased by: his father Eugene M. DeClerck; and his brother Greg. He is survived by: his mother Joan A. DeClerck (Kochuyt); his wife Lisa J. Cooper; his stepchildren, Tyson McKeag (Michelle), Milan and Lora McKeag; his stepgrandsons, Tanner and Trevor; and his sister Lori Day of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
