She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Forrest and Edith Mary Woods (Lemmon); her husband Melvin Dale Matherly, Jr.; and her brother Robert Sawdey. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Brown (Dustin) of Aledo, Jeremiah Matherly (Merri Mosey) of Portland and Jason Matherly (Keerstyn) of Silvis, Illinois; her grandchildren, Bailey, Heidi, Cassandra Brown and Emerie Matherly; her sister Mary Fanning of Bettendorf, Iowa; and her close friend Jon Iverson of Rock Island. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Lee's memory.
