He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty Mielke and Dale Shake. He is survived by: his father Rex L. Shake; his siblings, Melinda Shake (Steve Fararre), Michelle Linton (Dan) and Ben Rogers (Julia); his grandmother Marjorie Shake; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Natalie, Jillian, William and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare Center or the Wounded Warrior Project.
