She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Trego and Edna Trego (Hancock); her husband Richard H. Rugh; and her brothers, Bob and George.
She is survived by: her brother Ralph; her children, Jack Rugh (Zaiton) of Vienna, VA, Susan Stropes of Chilhowee, MO and Christine Rugh of Coal Valley, IL; and her sister-in-law Jackie Shattuck of Coal Valley, IL.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
