She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Smith and Waunetta Smith (Longanecker). She is survived by: her sisters, Tamie McMahan (Curtis) of Galveston and Pamie Middleton (Philip "Leo") of Coal City; her nieces, Tina Middleton, Jennifer McMahan (Ephraim Martin), Amanda Thompson (Jamie) and Robin McMahan (Tom Barra); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaytie, Hunter, Christopher, Aidan, Tyler, Nora and Jason; and her close friend Steven Pimentel.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials have been requested to be made to the family to assist in Wendy's final expenses.
