He was predeceased by: his father Louis. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine; his sisters, Gail Brown of Coal City and Lynn Fors (Jeff) of Batavia; his nephew Matthew Fors; his nieces, Sarah Fors, Elizabeth Fors and Lauren Brown; his aunt Pat Bianchetta; and his uncle Don Bianchetta. He is also survived by numerous cousins, as well as friends.
