He was predeceased by: his son Kenny Talbot; and his parents, Kenneth Talbot and Carol Talbot. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Riley; his children, Joseph Talbot (Dawn), Angela Knezevich, Christina Miller (Brandon), RJ Knezevich (Emily) and Cathleen Talbot; his brother Randy Talbot (late Dawn); and his brother-in-law Jack Riley (Kay). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
