He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chalupa and Lillian Chalupa. He is survived by: his wife Maria Chalupa of Coal City; his sister Frances Henry (Bob) of Elgin, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Megan, Luke, Mason, Annabelle, Evan, Jacob, Jordan, Kylee, Kaitlyn, Kristan and Nikole Marie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name to the United Moravian Societies: 166 N. Brandon Drive, Glendale Heights, Illinois, 60139 would be appreciated.
