He is survived by: his sons, Joe Muzzarelli (Veronica) of Dwight, IL and Jay Muzzarelli of Bonfield, IL; his grandchildren, Karissa Muzzarelli, Angelina Muzzarelli and Sara Muzzarelli; and his sister-in-law Connie Muzzarelli of Coal City, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name to Kankakee Valley Hospice would be appreciated.
